Another successful event organised by Ashford East, Ashford Common & Sunbury Common Branch of the Conservative Party.
As a Chairman I hosted all the guest, welcomed the ViPs and guest, sumptous christmas dinner cooked by Betty Janjua, the best chef for such events that I know. Betty puts so much effort in it, sources her own stuff, fresh and of highest quality. The main course of christmas turkey, cooked vegetables with fresh gravy, there is usually no plate left empty, an Betty sometimes does seconds. Deserts are usually 3-4 different flavours, with coffee, mints. All I can say that guest pay only £9 for all this, where the branch only makes few quids each guest. The aim is for people to have good time with varied entertainment and fantastic atmosphere. It is so nice that nearly everyone knows me and I know them, and we have become a large family. Duncan forbes carried the Auction with such professionalism, and many volunteers help with serving, clearing up. It is so nice that everyone mucks in. it is just simply fantastic. You should attend our events sometimes. You wont be disappointed.
